Video Content During Covid-19

Using video for business is more important than ever during COVID-19. Here are three strategic shifts you can make to get the most from video during these strange times.

A quick summary:

  1. Animation - the ultimate social distance media production. Animation projects can be delivered with no two people ever being in the same room;
  2. Online training - video eLearning enables your workers or students to get inducted or trained in their own space. Contact can be minimised in the production process, too;
  3. Recycle and re-use your video library - video footage from previous projects is a fantastic resource that can be repurposed for new content.

And if your project needs new footage, all is not lost. Anvil Media has developed social distance protocols for filming. We've been making videos under challenging conditions for 20 years. This latest challenge is unique, but it's not a reason to push pause while others succeed.

But the key to getting it right hasn't changed. And that is to be very clear about what you need to achieve - the result you're looking for.

This is the first question Anvil Media has asked its clients since the very first videos we made. What do you want your audience to do? If your answer is not a verb, keep asking why until you have one.

Video is a powerful medium, but it's an investment. No one should be spending money on video production without first knowing the target outcome. That's where we can help.

If having a calm, methodical approach to creating strategic video content sounds good to you, let's talk.
